View & Download Warehouse Report

Generate warehouse-level reports to track stock distribution, product counts, and location performance — with export options for operational review and audit prep.

🔐 Access Control

• Only Admin users or staff with report permissions can access warehouse reports
• From the Dashboard, use the side menu to navigate: Purchases → Report → Warehouse Report

🧭 Step-by-Step: View Warehouse Report

1️⃣ Access the Report

• Navigate to the Warehouse Report section
• The dashboard will display:
  • Total Warehouse count
  • Total Product count
  • A visual chart showing product distribution by warehouse

2️⃣ Interpret the Graph

• The chart shows each warehouse on the horizontal axis
• The vertical axis reflects product volume or count
• Hover over bars or data points for exact values

📥 Download the Report

• Click the Download button at the top right of the report panel
• The report will be exported in your default format (e.g. PDF)
• Export includes:
  • Warehouse names and addresses
  • Product counts per location
  • Summary metrics (e.g. total warehouses, total products)
  • Date and time of report generation

• Review warehouse reports weekly to monitor stock distribution
• Use exports for inventory audits and performance reviews
• Compare product counts across locations to identify understocked or overstocked sites
• Archive reports monthly for compliance and traceability
• Use consistent warehouse naming across modules (e.g. North Warehouse, not NW Depot in one module and North WH in another)
