1️⃣ Open Termination Type Setup

  • Navigate to the Termination Type section under System Setup
  • Click the βž• icon to open the β€œCreate Termination Type” form

2️⃣ Enter Termination Details

  • Name*: Enter the termination category β€” universal examples include:
    • Voluntary Termination β€” resignation, retirement, career change
    • Involuntary Termination β€” dismissal, redundancy, performance-related
    • End of Contract β€” fixed-term or temporary role completion
    • Mutual Agreement, Probation Non-Confirmation, Layoff
    • Wrongful Termination β€” for legal tracking or dispute documentation

Use names that reflect your actual offboarding scenarios and HR documentation needs.

3️⃣ Save the Termination Type

  • Click Create to add the termination category
  • The new entry will appear in the list with action icons:
