- Navigate to the Termination Type section under System Setup
- Click the β icon to open the βCreate Termination Typeβ form

- Name*: Enter the termination category β universal examples include:
Voluntary Terminationβ resignation, retirement, career changeInvoluntary Terminationβ dismissal, redundancy, performance-relatedEnd of Contractβ fixed-term or temporary role completionMutual Agreement,Probation Non-Confirmation,LayoffWrongful Terminationβ for legal tracking or dispute documentation
Use names that reflect your actual offboarding scenarios and HR documentation needs.

- Click Create to add the termination category
- The new entry will appear in the list with action icons:
