Configuring Company Settings

Set your business identity, contact details, and compliance fields for your ERP workspace.

đź§­ Step 1: Access Company Settings

  • From your dashboard, go to System Settings
  • Click into the Company Settings section — this controls your workspace’s core business profile

📝 Step 2: Enter Company Details

Field Purpose
Company Name Displayed across modules and headers
Address, City, State, Country, Zip/Post Code Used for invoices, compliance, and regional logic
Telephone Appears in the footer and contact modules
Email (From Name) Sets the sender name for system emails

Field Purpose
Company Registration Number Required for audit and legal compliance
System Email Used for automated notifications and alerts
Tax Number Toggle on/off based on jurisdiction
VAT/GST Selection Choose based on your region’s tax model

  • Use official, registered details — this affects invoices and audit logs
  • Match tax settings to your accounting module setup

  • Click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom right
