Configure a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in HRM

Create a customizable NOC template using dynamic placeholders — ideal for confirming clearance, enabling external employment, and maintaining formal HR records.

🔐 Access Control

  • Only Admin users or staff with HRM setup permissions can configure NOC templates
  • From the Dashboard, use the side menu to navigate: HRM → System Setup → No Objection Certificate Settings

🧭 Step-by-Step: Configure a No Objection Certificate

1️⃣ Review Available Placeholders

Use placeholders to auto-fill employee and company data:

  • {date}, {app_name}, {company_name}
  • {employee_name}, {designation}

These ensure each certificate is personalised without manual edits.

2️⃣ Edit the NOC Template

Use the rich text editor to format your certificate. Example structure:

plaintext
No Objection Certificate

{date}

To Whomsoever It May Concern

This certificate confirms that Ms./Mr. {employee_name}, formerly designated as {designation}, has no pending obligations with {app_name} ({company_name}). All dues have been cleared and security deposits settled.

We have no objection to their employment with any other organization.

We wish them success in their future endeavours.

3️⃣ Save the Template

  • Click Save Changes to apply the template
  • The system will use this format when generating NOCs for departing employees

✅ Best Practices

  • Use placeholders for all variable fields to ensure automation works correctly
  • Keep the tone formal, neutral, and clearance-focused
  • Include designation, clearance confirmation, and goodwill statement
  • Review the template annually to reflect policy or legal updates
  • Avoid hardcoding names or roles — rely on placeholders for consistency

The all-in-one ERP that simplifies your workflow. Create dynamic proposals, manage invoices, payroll, and sales all in one seamless platform.
