Manage a Project

Track progress, assign users, set milestones, and share updates — all from a unified dashboard that supports real-time visibility and structured collaboration.

🔐 Access Control

  • Only Admin users or staff with project permissions can manage projects
  • From the Dashboard, use the side menu to navigate: Projects → Project → Select a Project

🧭 Step-by-Step: Manage Project Details

1️⃣ View Project Overview

The Project Detail dashboard displays:

  • Project Name, Description, Start/End Dates, Status
  • Total Members, Budget, Days Left
  • Quick metrics:
    • Total Tasks, Comments, Milestones, Documents

2️⃣ Edit Project

  • Click the Edit icon to update:
    • Name, Status (Ongoing, Finished, OnHold), Budget
    • Start/End Dates
    • Description (e.g. goals, scope, client reference)

Click Update to save changes.

👥 Manage Team, Clients & Vendors

➕ Invite Team Members

  • Click the Invite icon in the Team Members panel
  • Select users and click Invite

🔄 Share with Clients

  • Click Share to Client
  • Select a client and click Share to Client

🔄 Share with Vendors

  • Click Share to Vendor
  • Select a vendor and click Share to Vendor

📌 Create Milestones

Milestones track key deliverables or phases.

  • Click the Create icon in the Milestones panel
  • Fill in:
    • Title, Status (Incomplete, Complete)
    • Cost, Summary
  • Click Create to save

Milestones appear in the table with progress tracking.

📁 Manage Documents

  • Upload files via Drop files here to upload
  • Use the green Create icon to add new documents
  • Each document includes:
    • Subject, User, Type, Status
    • Actions: Edit, View, Delete

📈 Monitor Progress

  • Use the Progress Chart to view task trends over time
  • Track activity logs and file uploads for audit readiness

  • Keep descriptions clear and goal-oriented
  • Assign users early to avoid bottlenecks
  • Use milestones to anchor deliverables and billing
  • Share with clients/vendors only when ready for review
  • Review budget and timeline weekly for scope alignment
