Edit Role
Update permissions, rename roles, or refine access logic for existing roles.
🔐 Access Control
- Only Admin users can access this section
- From the Dashboard, go to User Management → Roles
- Click the ✏️ Edit icon on any role card
🧾 Step 1: Review Role Name
- You can rename the role to better reflect its function
- Example: change

🧩 Step 2: Update Permissions
Use the sidebar to navigate module categories and adjust checkboxes:
| Module | Example Permissions |
|---|---|
| User | profile, logs history, chat manage, reset password, login toggle |
| Accounting | invoice show, payment create, report manage |
| Warehouse | product delete, debitnote edit, import |
| HRM / CRM / POS | dashboard access, attendance manage, lead follow-up |
Tip:
- Use “Manage” for full control
- Use “Show” for read-only visibility
- Avoid “Delete” unless audit trails are preserved
✅ Step 3: Save Changes
- Click Update to apply changes
- All users assigned to this role will inherit the updated permissions instantly

- Use role cards to quickly scan assigned modules
- Pair role edits with login and notification settings for full control
