Configuring PayPal Settings
Enable PayPal to collect invoice payments — with secure, embedded payment buttons for clients.
🧭 Step 1: Access PayPal Settings
- From your dashboard, go to System Settings
- Click into the PayPal Settings section — this controls PayPal integration for invoice payments
🔄 Step 2: Enable PayPal
- Toggle the PayPal Integration switch ON
- This activates PayPal as a payment method across Accounting and CRM modules
🛠️ Step 3: Choose PayPal Mode

Tip: Always test in Sandbox before switching to Live
🔐 Step 4: Enter PayPal Credentials

💡 How It Works
- Once enabled, invoices will display a Pay with PayPal button
- Clients can pay using PayPal balance, card, or linked bank account
- Payments are logged in your Accounting module and linked to the invoice
💾 Step 5: Save Changes
- Click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom right
- Your PayPal integration will apply instantly across payment workflows
