  • From your dashboard, go to System Settings
  • Click into the PayPal Settings section — this controls PayPal integration for invoice payments

🔄 Step 2: Enable PayPal

  • Toggle the PayPal Integration switch ON
  • This activates PayPal as a payment method across Accounting and CRM modules

🛠️ Step 3: Choose PayPal Mode

Option Use Case
Sandbox For testing payments in staging environments
Live For real client transactions in production

Tip: Always test in Sandbox before switching to Live

🔐 Step 4: Enter PayPal Credentials

Field Example Purpose
Client ID AbC123... Public identifier for your PayPal app
Secret Key XyZ456... Private key used for secure transactions

You can find these in your PayPal Developer Dashboard under My Apps & Credentials

💡 How It Works

  • Clients can pay using PayPal balance, card, or linked bank account
  • Payments are logged in your Accounting module and linked to the invoice

  • Click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom right
  • Your PayPal integration will apply instantly across payment workflows

✅ Best Practices
