Configuring Email Settings
Set up your system email delivery using SMTP or a supported provider — essential for notifications, password resets, and client communication.
🧭 Step 1: Access Email Settings
- From your dashboard, go to System Settings
- Click into the Email Settings section — this controls how your ERP sends emails
🔧 Step 2: Choose Email Delivery Method

Tip: Use a monitored inbox for system alerts and client replies
✉️ Step 4: Send a Test Email
- Click Send Test Mail to verify your configuration
- If successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the configured address
💾 Step 5: Save Changes
- Click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom right
- Your email settings will apply instantly across modules (e.g. password resets, invoice delivery, notifications)

- Use a dedicated email account for system delivery
- Choose TLS encryption for secure transmission
- Test settings after any domain or password change
- Monitor your “From” address for bouncebacks or client replies
