Configuring Currency Settings

Control how currency values appear across your ERP workspace — from invoices to budgets.

🧭 Step 1: Access Currency Settings

  • From your dashboard, go to System Settings
  • Click into the Currency Settings section — this controls formatting, symbols, and display logic

💡 Step 2: Set Currency Format

Field Example Purpose
Decimal Format 1.0 Controls how decimal values appear (e.g. £10.0)
Default Currency £ - GBP Sets the currency symbol and code used across modules
Decimal Separator Dot Defines how decimals are split (e.g. 10.5)
Thousands Separator Comma Controls large number formatting (e.g. 10,000)
Float Number Dot Used for precision in financial modules

💬 Step 3: Customise Symbol Display

  • Use Pre for UK and EU formats

💾 Step 4: Save Changes

  • Click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom right
  • Your updates will apply instantly across the Accounting, POS, and Budget Planner modules
