Configuring System Settings: Language, Time, and Locale

Set your workspace defaults for language, date format, and timezone — essential for operational clarity and regional compliance.

🧭 Step 1: Access System Settings

  • From your dashboard, go to System Settings.
  • Locate the section with dropdowns for language, date, time, and timezone.

🗣️ Step 2: Set Default Language

  • Choose your preferred language from the dropdown.
  • This affects system labels, notifications, and interface text.
    • Default: English

📅 Step 3: Choose Date & Time Format

Setting Example Purpose
Date Format DD-MM-YYYY Controls how dates appear across modules
Time Format 10:30 PM Sets 12-hour or 24-hour display logic
Calendar Start Day Monday Defines the first day of the week in calendars and schedules

🌐 Step 4: Set Default Timezone

  • Select your timezone from the dropdown.
    • Example: (GMT+0:00) Europe/London (Greenwich Mean Time)
  • This ensures logs, tasks, and timestamps align with your region.

💾 Step 5: Save Changes

  • Click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom right.
  • Your settings will apply instantly across all modules.

✅ Best Practices
