🎨 Configuring Brand Settings
Customise your ERP workspace with logos, titles, and visual identity that reflect your brand.
🧭 Step 1: Access Brand Settings
- From your dashboard, go to System Settings.
- Locate the Brand Settings section, which controls your workspace’s visual identity.
🖼️ Step 2: Upload Your Logos
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Logo Dark | Used in light-themed layouts (e.g. white backgrounds) |
| Logo Light | Used in dark-themed layouts (e.g. dark sidebar or header) |
| Favicon | Small icon shown in browser tabs and bookmarks |
How to upload:
- Click Choose File next to each field.
- Select your logo file (recommended: PNG or SVG).
- Preview will update automatically.
✍️ Step 3: Set Title and Footer Text

Tips:
- Keep it short and clear.
- Use your company name or workspace identifier.
🎨 Step 4: Customise Theme
Located just below Brand Settings, the Theme Customiser lets you adjust layout and colour preferences:
- Primary Colour: Choose from six preset options.
- Sidebar Settings: Toggle transparent layout.
- Layout Settings: Enable dark mode.
- RTL Layout: For right-to-left languages.
- Category-Wise Sidemenu: Organise modules by category.
💾 Step 5: Save Changes
- Click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom right.
- Your branding updates will apply instantly across the workspace.

- Use high-resolution logos for clarity.
- Match logo variants to layout themes (dark vs light).
- Keep footer text compliant and professional.
- Preview changes before rollout to clients or teams.
