How do I create an account?

Accounts are created through our sales team so we can configure your setup based on your organisation’s needs.
Simply contact Sales, and we’ll create your account, activate the modules you require, and guide you through your onboarding.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot password” on the login page and follow the secure reset link that will be sent to your email.

I didn’t receive my verification email. What should I do?

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. You can import customers, staff, products, and other records using CSV templates provided in the platform.
